Educating, informing and empowering leaders to improve the quality of life in Franklin and Williamson County

Founded in 1996 to develop leaders in Franklin and Williamson County, Leadership Franklin endeavors to provide a class of twenty members with knowledge, network connections, and resources to bring new ideas to the table for Franklin and Williamson County. Each class proceeds through a series of leadership development classes (one class a month for nine months from August through May).

Each class is focused on presenting and analyzing a particularly important segment of the city or county, including area history, government, business, law enforcement, education, quality of life and land resources. Class members are grouped, and each group produces a leadership project for the year that is focused on improving some aspect of the community. Click here for more information about applying for the upcoming class. Applications for the Class of 2024-2025 are open until May 24, 2024.

Applications are now closed for the 2024 Leadership Franklin Scholarship. Please check back in early 2025 for next year’s application. We wish all high school seniors and college students from Williamson County the very best!
