Adam Ballash
Adam Ballash serves as the Development Manager for Boyle Investment Company. In this role he is responsible for the development and construction of Boyle Nashville’s mixed use real estate investment portfolio, from project to completion.
Adam has lived in Williamson County for three years. His community activities have included Christ Community Church, Franklin Sustainability Task Force, Urban Land Institute, Harpeth River Watershed Association, and the Nashville Home Builders Assocation.
Achieving his BS in Civil Engineering and a Certificate of Emphasisin Environmental Engineering from UK, he also received his Juris Doctorate from Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys snow skiing, golfing, mountain biking, trout fishing and backpacking.
As a young leader in the Franklin community, Adam is anxious to further his extracurricular involvement in a community forum…..instead of only professional organizations. Adam believes that a very real challenge facing Franklin is the balancing of growth with quality of life and historical and environmental conservation. He wants to help charter a “new frontier” in Franklin regarding this focus.
