Daryl Hill
Daryl serves as the Program Director for GAP Community Development Resources, Inc . He works to educate home buyers to assist them in becoming a well-informed consumer, as well as provides foreclosure prevention counseling. He is involved with the Franklin Housing Authority and Hard Bargain/Mt. Hope.
Daryl received a BS degree in Managerial Economics from the University of CA at Davis, and has continued his professional development thru training in loss mitigation, post-purchase and mortgage lending.
Daryl expresses that a critical challenge for Franklin is the provision of affordable housing, the lack of which leads to a loss of diversity and employees in the technical and professional workforce. He hopes to bring his professional experience into different communities and organizations to assist in the establishment of affordable housing opportunities.
