Neil Buffington
Neil has lived in Williamson County for almost three years. He is the Assistant General Manager and Food and Beverage Director for Embassy Suites, Nashville South @ Cool Springs, a 250 suite hotel with 15,000 square feet of meeting space. He has been with the company for over 10 years, and has been the recipient of the Pinnacle Award for numerous years.
Neil has a BS in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration from Missouri State University. Before moving to our area, he was involved with the March of Dimes in West VA, serving as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors.
Neil recognizes that the quality and quantity of the non-specialized workforce is deteriorating. People holding service jobs often cannot afford to live in our community, and transportation becomes a real issue. He would like to be part of a solution to ensure that our community and its workforce can deliver quality service to our residents and visitors.
