Stephen Bubba Miller
Bubba was “born and bred” in Williamson County. He is the Owner/Operator of B. Miller Recycling, Williamson County’s only scrap metal recycling facility.
Bubba attended Brentwood Academy and received his BS degree in Education from the University of TN. He was recognized as an Academic All-SEC in 1993 and 1994 and was a member of the NCAA Good Works Team in 1995.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Encouragement Services, coaches with Parks & Rec Youth Football, serves on the Advisory Board of Brentwood Academy, and is active with the Tennessee Minority Supplier and Development Council.
Bubba hopes to learn more about Franklin’s industries and how he and his company can best serve Franklin and the surrounding community—now and in the future. He is committed to the present and future, as both a native and a small business owner.
Bubba desires to see Franklin pursue a better plan for recycling and preserving our beautiful environment, becoming a statewide leader for environmental policies.
